CSM RE4040-BE Standard Brackish Water Desalination Membrane, 4" x 40"


Reverse osmosis membranes are used widely for brackish water desalination. The CSM spiral wound brackish water RO membrane is especially more effective when the feed water is within 10,000 ppm of concentration. Because of its high performance rate and chemical resistance, it can be used for a variety of purposes. It is used in producing drinking water, industrial water, pharmaceutical water, waste water treatment and concentration of food and/or medicine.

  • Each membrane element supplied with one brine seal, one interconnector (coupler) and four o-rings.
  • All RE4040 elements fit nominal 4.0 inch (101.6 mm) I.D. pressure vessels.
