Shipping Methods

  • Small Parcels: Express and standard options for individual items or small bundles
  • Less than Container Load (LCL): Cost-effective palletized shipping for mid-sized orders
  • Full Container Loads (FCL): Dedicated 20ft or 40ft containers for high-volume commercial shipments

Shipping Rates

Costs depend on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Small Orders: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout
  • Bulk & Container Shipping: Contact our logistics team for custom quotes on volume-based pricing

Processing & Lead Times

  • Order Processing: Standard orders are processed promptly
  • Transit Times: Delivery windows vary by location and are provided at time of shipment
  • FCL/LCL Lead Times: Allow additional time for container positioning and port scheduling

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ForeverPure is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied by the destination country. Recipients bear these charges, which are typically collected at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for real-time monitoring. Container shipments receive regular email status updates.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please contact our customer support team immediately if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit. For freight shipments, please note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.


Returns Policy

General Return Policy (14 Days)

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days of product delivery if:

  • Original sales receipt or proof of purchase accompanies the return
  • Items remain in new, unaltered, and unused condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation are present

Extended Window (30 Days)

Returns after 14 days but within 30 days are limited to store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds. No returns of any kind will be accepted more than thirty (30) calendar days after delivery.

Restocking Fees

  • Standard items: 20% restocking fee applies to refunds (not exchanges)
  • Batteries: 50% restocking fee for unused, undamaged returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Special orders or custom-manufactured items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Installed, used, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging

Defective or Incorrect Shipments

Defective or incorrectly shipped items qualify for a full refund or store credit at no additional charge, with return shipping covered by ForeverPure.

Return Process

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping any return. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of receipt and inspection.

The customer pays return shipping unless the return results from a company error or product defect.
