Shipping & Returns

ForeverPure Corporation ships commercial and industrial water treatment equipment, components, and consumables to customers worldwide. We have been a trusted authorized distributor of premier water-treatment brands since 2003.

Shipping

Shipping Origin

Most orders ship from one of our two warehouses:

  • California, USA — primary North America fulfillment
  • Denmark — Europe and worldwide direct fulfillment for many Danfoss APP, ERI, and FilmTec items

Larger packaged systems and certain spare parts may ship directly from manufacturer facilities. We will confirm shipping origin and lead time on every formal quote.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard ground — UPS, FedEx Ground, or freight carrier (LTL/FTL) for larger items, typical 2-7 business days within the contiguous USA
  • Expedited / overnight — available for in-stock items at additional cost
  • International ocean freight — for full system orders to overseas destinations
  • International air freight — for emergency / production-down replacement parts; available worldwide

Lead Times

Lead time depends on item type:

  • Stocked items (most Danfoss APP common sizes, ERI PX-300, common FilmTec/Hydranautics 4040 membranes, standard cartridge filters): same-week dispatch
  • Make-to-order items (large APP pumps, ERI PX-Q400, custom-configured systems): 2-12 weeks depending on item
  • Complete packaged systems (containerized SWRO, large industrial RO trains): 8-24 weeks from order confirmation

International Shipping

We ship to over 60 countries and have established export procedures, freight forwarders, and customs brokers in major destinations including the EU, UK, Caribbean, Latin America, Middle East (GCC), Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and any in-country compliance documentation unless explicitly negotiated otherwise. We provide HS codes, certificates of origin, and other documentation as needed.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect all shipments upon receipt. If you observe damage, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking and notify us within 3 business days at our contact page or +1-408-969-2688. We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the claim and replace damaged items.

Returns

Standard Returns

Returns are accepted on most stocked, unopened items within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all documentation
  • Customer obtains a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before shipping
  • Customer is responsible for return freight unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of 15-25% applies to most returns; varies by item and condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-configured pumps, systems, or assemblies built to your specifications
  • Special-order items not normally stocked
  • Membranes once installed or after 30 days from receipt
  • Chemicals, sealants, and consumables once opened
  • Items damaged by improper handling, installation, or operation outside specifications

Warranty Returns

Warranty issues are handled separately from standard returns. Contact us with the failed item's part number, serial number (if applicable), and description of the issue. We coordinate directly with the manufacturer (Danfoss, ERI, FilmTec, FEDCO, etc.) for warranty claims and replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email or call us with your order number and the items you wish to return
  2. We issue an RMA number and return shipping address
  3. Pack items securely with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship via traceable carrier; provide tracking number to us
  5. Refund or credit is processed within 7-10 business days of inspection upon arrival

ForeverPure operates as a B2B distributor with quote-based pricing. Pricing on our store reflects general indicative ranges; final pricing depends on quantity, configuration, and freight. Request a formal quote for any commercial or industrial application.
