Commercial RO Systems
Commercial Reverse Osmosis Systems — 500 to 100,000+ GPD
Commercial reverse osmosis systems for high-volume, low-TDS water production in hospitality, food service, manufacturing, car washes, laboratories, and municipal applications. ForeverPure Place supplies pre-engineered commercial RO systems plus the membranes, pressure vessels, high-pressure pumps, and prefiltration that keep them producing reliably.
How to Size a Commercial RO System
Three inputs set the design: required permeate flow (GPD), feed-water TDS, and target recovery. Higher feed TDS and colder water reduce membrane output, so a system rated for one flow on brackish well water will produce less on high-TDS feed. We size the membrane array, pump, and recovery so the system meets your daily production with margin.
System Components
- RO / UF / NF Membranes — brackish, low-energy, and high-rejection elements
- Codeline Membrane Vessels — FRP pressure vessels for 4" and 8" elements
- Membrane Housings — single- and multi-element housings
- Prefiltration Housings — sediment and carbon prefilters that protect the membranes
- Antiscalants & Membrane Cleaners — scale control and CIP chemistry
Applications
Spot-free rinse for car washes and detailing, ice and beverage and coffee water for food service, humidification, laboratory and dialysis-grade water, boiler and cooling makeup, manufacturing and electronics rinse water, and bottled-water and municipal production.
Pretreatment Matters
Most commercial RO failures trace to inadequate pretreatment. Pair your RO with a commercial water softener or backwashing media filter to remove hardness, iron, and sediment before the membranes — the single best way to extend membrane life and hold recovery.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How many gallons per day do I need?
A: Estimate peak daily demand and add margin for membrane fouling and cold-water months. We size the array so rated output meets your demand on your actual feed water, not just ideal test conditions.
Q: What feed water does a commercial RO need?
A: Softened or filtered feed free of excess hardness, iron, manganese, and chlorine. We recommend the right pretreatment with every system.
