The Energy Recovery PX Q650 Pressure Exchanger® is the flagship of the PX Q Series — the largest-capacity pressure exchanger Energy Recovery builds. Like every PX, a single ceramic rotor transfers pressure energy directly from the high-pressure reject stream to the incoming feed, with no gearbox, no pistons and no lubricating oil.

The PX Q650 extends the Q Series to the largest single-device capacity available, reducing the number of pressure exchangers — and the associated manifolding, footprint and installation labour — needed for a large SWRO train.

Full Datasheet on Request

Complete per-model engineering data — exact flow range, differential pressures, rotational speed, lubrication flow, warranted efficiency, materials of construction, shipping weight and dimensions, and P&ID drawings for single-stage, multi-stage and interstage-boost configurations — is supplied with your quotation. Request the datasheet or send your duty point and we will confirm the correct model for your train.

Why Buy From ForeverPure

We are an authorized Energy Recovery supplier and our Santa Clara facility sits about an hour from ERI's Bay Area warehouse, so PX units and spares move faster than they do through distributors sourcing across the country. We also size and integrate the complete energy recovery train — high-pressure pump, booster and PX — rather than selling the device alone. See our ERI energy recovery overview or the engineering guide to energy recovery in SWRO.
