Forklift Batteries
Tubular Flooded Lead-Acid Forklift Batteries — 24V, 36V, 48V, 80V
ForeverPure Power forklift batteries are tubular flooded lead-acid (FLA) industrial traction batteries built to Battery Council International (BCI) BCIS-14 standards. Each battery uses lead-antimony tubular positive plates, envelope separators, Hardigg impact-resistant jars, and flip vent caps with water-level indicators — engineered for 1,500+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge, or 5–7 years of daily 2-shift duty.
Every Common Voltage and BCI Group Size
We stock the complete range of forklift battery voltages and capacities for sit-down counterbalance trucks, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, sweepers, and scrubbers:
- 12 Volt — small pallet jacks and walkie stackers (150–816 Ah)
- 24 Volt — standard Class II walkie and stacker trucks (150–1,000 Ah)
- 36 Volt — mid-size reach trucks and counterbalance (510–1,275 Ah)
- 48 Volt — heavy counterbalance and high-bay (340–1,360 Ah)
- 80 Volt — heavy-duty industrial (625–750 Ah)
Why Tubular Flooded Lead-Acid?
- Lowest cost per cycle of any industrial battery chemistry
- 1,500+ cycles at 80% DoD — exceeds the BCI BCIS-14 minimum capacity requirement throughout service life
- Deep-discharge tolerant — engineered for daily 70–80% cycling without capacity loss
- Fully recyclable — lead-acid is the most recycled consumer product in the US (99% recycling rate, EPA)
- Counterweight-matched — provides the mass your lift-truck OEM spec'd into the data plate
Compatible with Most Lift-Truck OEMs
Our SKUs are cross-matched to all major forklift manufacturers: Crown, Raymond, Toyota, Hyster, Yale, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Clark, Cat, Jungheinrich, Linde, and Komatsu. Confirm your truck model and battery compartment dimensions, and we'll recommend the exact SKU.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does a forklift battery last?
A: Under typical 2-shift duty (one discharge cycle per shift, 70–80% DoD) with proper watering, charging, and monthly equalization, a ForeverPure Power tubular FLA forklift battery delivers 1,500+ cycles — approximately 5–7 years of service.
Q: Do I need a new charger when I replace my forklift battery?
A: Only if the replacement battery differs in voltage, Ah capacity (by more than 10%), or chemistry from the old one. Voltage and chemistry mismatches require a new charger; mismatched Ah reduces battery life.
Q: Are these forklift batteries BCI-standard size?
A: Yes. All ForeverPure Power forklift batteries are built to BCI BCIS-14 (Rev. 2011) performance and dimensional standards and are cross-referenced to the common BCI group sizes.
